Meet Sabrina! Sabrina is a young dog who is a little over a year old and weighs about 40 pounds! She came into the shelter with four puppies who were only a couple weeks old and were in need of a safe place. She did stay in a foster home with her puppies as soon as it was no longer a risk to move them. While in the foster home, the only issue that she had was Sabrina loved her electrical cords and was a little rambunctious when it came to playtime. Sabrina is a very loving girl who loves to throw herself into your arms for a hug and some love. She is still young and has a lot of that puppy energy still in her and will occasionally miss the toy or get too excited and will nibble on your fingers. Due to her occasional nibble and her launching herself into everyone's arms, we don't believe a home with elderly or young kids would best suit her. While she has been at the shelter, we have noticed that she is a little reactive to some dogs here, but it doesn't mean that she won't like all other dogs, so we dog recommend a dog-to-dog meet and greet before going home with another dog. She is up to date on vaccines, undergoing treatment for heartworms, spayed, and waiting for her forever home!
